It refreshes me somewhat to see my friends here. I was actually in Sequim today but like hell I wanted to brave the lavendar festival, and, besides, we were having "family time" with my step-mom's parents. It was actually pretty fun- my first of four birthday parties (wow, do I feel spoiled. I think it almost makes up for the fact that none of my family will be there for my actual 16th, though.) And (watch as I happy-dance) I GET THE NEXT HARRY POTTER BOOK!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow. Yay!!! This was very unexpected, especially as my step-mom does not approve of Harry Potter books (one of her few faults, you have to forgive her.) But  I found out that she was the one who suggested reserving a book for me for my birthday. They gave me a gift card that was very pretty in itself, for $19.52, which is the exact price of the book plus tax. Yay, yay, happy me! Hillary, if you spoil anything, I will murder you. Gruesomely. Speaking of which, on Monday I travel to Missouri for youth gathering thingy, should be very interesting and quite a bit fun. Imagine 21 people playing Mad Libs on a crowded plane. Yes, very interesting. But I should probably attempt to get some form of rest because tomorrow I will be going non-stop.
